RHD Boston is a progressive non-profit organization providing residential support to adults with developmental disabilities. We operate quite a number of houses. Chet was initially called for a simple lock change in one of our houses, but as our business has grown, we have had to rely on Chet's Lock Shop's expertise on many occasions.
Over the past couple of years, we have had excellent results with their services. We are very pleased with the quality and strong workmanship of their work. Not only have they produced the exact work requested, even though sometimes we have called on them to do some outside the box tasks, they have also incorporated cutting edge ideas which enhanced the effectiveness of the systems we had in place. They met all our requests faster than the time frame they quoted us, a rare occurrence with most businesses today. All of our workers and residents appreciate all work done by Chet's Lock Shop.
